Grape beef is a graded brand of Angus (black) beef that is fattened over a long period of time by being fed a diet of grain for over 200 days and supplemented with grape pomace, a substance produced when wine is made in the Riverina region of Australia.These long-term grain-fed cattle are called long grain.We use the highest quality long grain rib roast cut at our restaurant.
