Grape beef is a graded brand of Angus beef (black hair) that is fattened over a long period of time by being fed a diet of grain for over 200 days and supplemented with grape pomace, a product of winemaking in the Riverina region of Australia.These cattle that are grain-fed for a long period of time are called long grain.At our restaurant, we use the highest quality long grain cut, rib roast.
